JCY qtr report &派息

今天早上看到了JCY的quarter report. 派息 3 cent. 不用多说，因为马币贬值，所以出口商都benefit from RM depreciation. JCY已成功在许多生产过程自动化和减少劳动力。这个可以cut cost。HDD会不会过时？我想so far还好。因为尽管你不用HDD,你还是会买电脑吧。电脑里就一定会有HDD，不然不可能存到云端吧。所以，这个HDD被淘汰的话题，对我来说，是在这几年不会发生的事。想要加码到10，000股,还欠3，200股左右吧。希望股价跌一点，让我可以买进一点。 Tambun也派息了，和JCY一样， 3 cent。我买的数量不多。MKLAND的股息在12月尾会出，2 cent。Priva和MKLAND的quarter report会在这几天出。希望MKLAND的股息出了过后，股价不会跌得那么地伤啦

双十一光混节 - 股市一片红红的...

双十一光混节， alibaba &taobao一定赚到笑，但是，因为美国即将升息，所以大马股市多只指数成份股面对严重抛售，很多好股也跌了。想要加码，但是资金有限哦。无论如何，还是挤了一点进trading account.是收到歪歪的影响了。嘻嘻嘻...加码JCY一点点，average 有拉高一点点，但是，目前纸上还是positive的。之前就有点烦恼，股价一直上要怎么加码，所以今天终于加了一点点咯。目标是10,000股，还欠3000++股。想要开始订购资汇报，犹豫着要订阅还是购报。

JAG Berhad

KUALA LUMPUR: Waste management services provider JAG Bhd swung to an after-tax loss of RM8.23mil in the third quarter (Q3) ended Sept 30 from profit of RM1.72mil a year earlier due to higher staff cost.

The company said in a statement that its revenue for the quarter also fell to RM20.24mil from RM31.04mil previously, which was mainly due to lower commodity prices, specifically copper. 

JAG said it incurred a loss mainly due to the increased staff cost arising from the granting options to the eligible persons in the company and its subsidiaries pursuant to the share issuance scheme (SIS) of about RM9.08mil.

“If the expense arising from the grant of the SIS options is excluded, JAG would have recorded a profit after tax of RM851,000 for the said quarter,” the company said.

JAG had proposed to establish and the SIS up to 30% of the company’s total issued and paid-up share capital in April.

The group recorded an after-tax loss of RM6.61mil on revenue of RM60.88mil for the nine-month period ended Sept 30, 2015.

JAG executive director Datuk Ng Meow Giak said the management was satisfied with the company’s performance to date “in view of the challenging operating landscape.”

“The outlook in the immediate term is expected to stay challenging as the price of commodities remain low. Nevertheless, our investment in technologies to improve efficiencies and productivity have continued to bear fruits and we are also benefiting from the stronger US dollar,” he said.

Ng said JAG was actively seeking to expand its waste management processing capabilities from electronic waste to other areas to off-set its reliance on commodity prices. (Eighty percent of the waste processed at its is electronic waste.)

“At the same time, we are exploring opportunities to diversify our earnings stream by tapping into other business opportunities that can enhance value for our shareholders in meaningful yet sustainable ways. As a case in point, we are making positive progress with our joint venture initiative to expand in the 24-hour self-operated laundry business,” he added.

In September, JAG’s unit Jaring Metal Industries Sdn Bhd signed a joint-venture agreement with Bubblelab Laundry Sdn Bhd (BLSB) and BLSB’s director Wong Chan Kong to jointly undertake the development and operation of a 24-hour coin-operated laundry businessin Malaysia under the brand name of Bubblelab.

“To date, JAG has three operational Bubblelab outlets and aims to open a total of 10 outlets in the next six months,” it said.

JAG并不是像quarter result显示的那样亏钱，而是SIS option的赤字令到profit loss.如果不算SIS，除去tax, 还是有赚RM851,000. 如果是我，我是会投资在更好的公司。但是,since 他说要留着，那就帮他留着吧。也好，让我有机会学习，分析quarter result,然后多留意这间公司的动向。

进了Tambun

昨天买了一点Tambun,因为觉得Padini蛮贵的PE也比较高。JAG 突然起到我的平均价码。哥说keep着，好吧，就收着吧。今天帮他加码了200lot 拉低平均价。今天updated的投资组合如下：都有点起色，只是投机股drag了perfomance. MQ 和Asiabio...醒目一点啦.

今天，女儿在义卖会买了一条手链给我，RM1，蛮漂亮的。她买了两条，还让我先选。眼光不错。想教她理财，会不会太小啊？呵呵呵...

加码fitters

今天，fitters 跌到0.505。我加码了5000股，如果明天再下跌会再加，把average 价拉低。手上的股除了这只，别的都上，所以把钱投进fitters。跟之前一样地等待mqtech 和asiabio 上一点，好让我把烂股脱手。jag 上了一点，还ok。试了昨天买给女儿的裙子，很合身，但是对她来说有点大，会自己留着穿。现在反而觉得aeon 的衣服比起金河可是贵多了。想买床单，但是想想床单还能用啊，不必买新的啦。想在aeon members day 添购男孩和LG的新年衣服，那么新年就不必花一笔钱了，而且新年的时候，衣服也蛮难找的。
很快地，又是年尾了，一年很快地又要过去了。我的愿望是做到每个月有股息可以拿。等下下载一些android 的excel 来算算好了。

Shopaholic 购物狂！

在十月里，我花了不少钱在逛街、购物、网上购物。我想，我是属于购物狂吧。已经有很多年没有去逛街了，所以一逛就是一天，然后，买了蛮多的东西，有连衣裙、鞋子…… 也为女儿添购了几件连身裙。第一次使用zalora买了四件连身裙，退了两件。还有一些store credit 呢。然后，第二次又在zalora 买了一只手表，原价700++,现在340++,觉得很值得，是买给我LG 的。有好几年没有买手表给他了。刚巧他的手表玻璃破了，就买了这只手表。大概了134+340+175=649.
在十一月里，就是今天，姐姐带着孩子来到KL. 我去会他们，买了一件裤子给自己，女儿的连身裙和衣服。我姐一看到我就说我好像aunty. 天啊，我要检讨，要减肥了！今天用了58, 28 是买衣服给外甥女的，希望她喜欢啦。
十月里，在股市赚了750++,因为把之前的股票卖掉，要重组投资组合。但是，不打算拿出来，已经拿去买股票了。保险那边应该会有一笔钱进来，也会拿去买股。至于上几个月存下的1500打算还maintenance 和孩子的报名费。还剩几百块咯。
